PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS


1.We accept pre-orders


2. emails us at shima01@streamyx.com for quotation. Quotation will be provided, not inclusive shipping cost to Malaysia. Final will be informed when item abotu to be shippied


3.Full payment of quotation is required when order is placed.Paypal accepted.

4.When we received the ordered item, we will quote shipping cost to Malaysia, you can choose shipping preferred shipping method. When we receive payment for shipping, we will ship out the item to you.


5. Buyer is solely responsible for Customs duty for pre-order items (items which are not listed for sale in our blog).
6. We are also not responsible if shipping delay occurs. We provide tracking numbers upon shipment. If further proof of shipment is needed, we will email the screen copy of your tracking number with the shipment details 
 
7. Refund and return
 All items have limited warranty. This warranty covers repair or replacement of defective products.

 We are not responsilbe for any custom duty or import tax. If you are not satisfied with the items for    whatever reasons, please return the item to us so we can ship back to the suppliers.
 Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
